I would recommend a rhinoplasty to lengthen your nose, smooth out your dorsal aesthetic lines, and even out your tip and nostrils. You may not have sufficient septal cartilage if it was previously harvested so ear cartilage or cartilage allograft may be needed.
Good Afternoon! Microfat can be useful to improve skin texture and some augmentation of minor irregularities. It can be powerful when added to temporalis fascia which acts as a reservoir and blanket to cover the areas. Microfat harvest and injections can be done in the office. The risks are low...
A revision may be needed to give you a more aesthetic result. I would recommend further dorsal reduction to improve your dorsal aesthetic lines and get you a nice supratip break, I would also recommend alar grafts to consolidate the tip.
