Reversing an endoscopic mid-facelift - Is it possible?

Rrg1132
Hello, I July 2021, I had an endoscopic midface lift that was performed using an outdated method (according to the surgeon). I was hoping for the procedure to slim my face and deal with my nasolabial folds, as I am young (20s) and didnt need anti-aging. However, the lift did the opposite, and made my cheeks look much puffier and more full. It also obstructs my smile movement. I'm looking to either have it reversed or somehow slim my cheeks. Will fly to any doctor in the US who can help.
