I lost 30 lbs after my BBL. Is it possible to get some results back?

The fat transferred to your buttocks is affected in the same manner as when you normally lose weight or gain weight or exercise. Hope this helps. Dear Exquisite790823, thanks for sharing your concern, better option is to gain those 30 pounds and get another BBL, if your burned the fat that was trasferred 1st time there is not proof you can get it again in that way. Losing a significant amount of weight can affect the results of a BBL, as the transferred fat cells in the buttocks can shrink when you lose weight. If you regain the weight, some of the volume may return to your buttocks, but it might not look exactly as it did before. Weight redistributes differently each time, so the results may vary.
To restore a fuller look, you could consider healthy weight gain with muscle-building exercises for the glutes, which can improve shape and firmness. If you’re open to it, a touch-up BBL or fat grafting could also help restore the volume. A consultation with a plastic surgeon would give you more tailored advice based on your current body and goals.

The first thing we must keep in mind is that the fat that is transferred will continue to behave like fat. That is, once injected in the area where you want to increase volume, it will neurovascularize, be alive and react like the rest of the fat to changes in our weight.

If you suffered a significant weight loss your size will decrease, but when you regain your weight it is not 100% sure that you will look the same as you did after the surgery. The best option to recover the areas is to do another lipotransfer or go to a Nutritionist to give you a treatment plan to gain weight.
