Two years after TT it would be reasonable and safe to do a liposuction of the area involved in abdominoplasty. The fat collected from that area and around waist may be used for hip/ buttock shaping. Good luck.

The "Belly Bump" seems to be related to inner fat particularly when the tummy tuck sutured the muscles.Liposuction of this area is safe and will not affect your sutures. The tissues will be thinner but the protuberance will remain.Hope this helps
