Could pain and dimpling be a sign of developing fibrosis or necrosis? (photos)

These are all postoperative photos with different views I am assuming.
With regard to the asymmetry and one side being less full on the side - my guess would be that the baseline appearance revealed similar asymmetry and that this side is tighter? Everyone has some degree of asymmetry and I often see that areas that start tight are more challenging to "fluff." Having said this I do think you look really good and not abnormal. Fat transfer does not treat cellulite. There are methods to treat cellulite in conjunction with BBL, or staged afterward. Aveli is my favorite approach. If you feel well it is and there are no overlying skin issues it is unlikely you have suffered a bad effect of fat transfer. If you are concerned you should consult with a board certified plastic surgeon.

I am sure that you know that fat transfer is not a treatment for cellulitis; temporary improvement is seen after surgery due to swelling but after few months a condition comes back. Occasional pain may be associated with liposuction or fat transfer even months after surgery and may not be related to fat necrosis/fibrosis unless infection/abscess develops. You should discuss this issue with your surgeon if pain persist.
