For the get rid of these skin and more symmetrical, fresh look I recommend you lower and upper eyelid blepharoplasty. You have slightly more skin on the right upper eyelid (left side of photo) than the left side. This makes your eyelid platform look smaller on the right side. By removing a bit of skin on the right upper eyelid (or left if the selfie photo is flipping the image), you can achieve more symmetry.

Stop persisting. The minimal amount of asymmetry that you have in your eyelids is well, well within the range of normal. That is why the fees quoted to you are so "crazy."
