Is it recommended to receive eyelid surgery of this kind? (Photo)

Question

Hey I am 18 years old and ever since I was 15 I noticed the difference in between my eyelids and they always bothered me to the point I’ll be starring at myself in mirror a lot. I went to multiple doctors, spent a lot of money on consultation but most would either tell me it not noticeable or would quote me on a crazy amount. Do you guys notice it or is it in my head?

Hello! Thank you for your question.Firstly, please keep in mind that %100 symmetry is not achievable in any case. From the photos I see you have lots of extra saggy skin. For the get rid of these skin and more symmetrical, fresh look I recommend you lower and upper eyelid blepharoplasty. If you can provide photos with better lighting, from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation. Best Regards!

As we age, our eyelids naturally sag and droop. A combination approach would be best to see visible improvement. In terms of non-surgical treatment options, I would recommend a Chemical Brow Lift (using Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, or Jeuveau) and filler injections to rejuvenate the temples, eyebrow, eyelid, eye troughs, upper eye hollows, and forehead. I typically combine this with Ultherapy and thread lifting to lift the brow; RF and skin tightening laser treatments to stimulate collagen production and rejuvenate the skin; and laser or superficial RF devices for improvements in texture, color, and any crepey skin around the eyes as needed. You have slightly more skin on the right upper eyelid (left side of photo) than the left side. This makes your eyelid platform look smaller on the right side. By removing a bit of skin on the right upper eyelid (or left if the selfie photo is flipping the image), you can achieve more symmetry. 
Pricing of upper blepharoplasty can differ depending on where you live. Manhattan prices are probably higher than Queens prices, which are probably higher than Alabama prices.

It seems that you have asymmetry eyes because of your asymmetry bone structure. As you can see from your photos, the height of eyebrows and eyes are different. What we can fix the the asymmetry eyebrows, only FOREHEAD LIFT (ENDOTINE) can fix it. Dear Persistent,

Stop persisting.  The minimal amount of asymmetry that you have in your eyelids is well, well within the range of normal.  That is why the fees quoted to you are so "crazy."  No one thinks you need an operation.  Perhaps you should discuss your concerns about your eyelids with a parent/parents/trusted adult.  Good luck!
