Hello! Thank you for your question.As far as I can see from the photos you have extra saggy skin both under and upper your eyes. For the extra skin I recommend you upper and revision lower eyelid blepharoplasty. And then for the wrinkles after the blepharoplasty I suggest you fat injection to under your eyes. When all the surgeries done, you have more fresh, younger and smooth eye area. Best Regards!

It's because of the wrinkles. For your case, it is better to get lower blepharoplasty (w/ skin incisional) not with transconjunctival lower bleph. The reason why the skin under eyes are more wrinkly than before is like a baloon phenomenom. After fat removal, it could be more wrinkly so it is better to remove the saggy skin as well:) Better to get the revision sugery + botox. Thank you:)
