Skin issues under eyes post lower bleph w/ CO2 laser (Photo)

I had a transconjunctival lower bleph with Co2 laser about 10 mos ago. In the first few weeks a bag formed under my left eye the nurse and doctor kept saying it was swelling. I now have a permanent bag the doctor said he could maybe do a shot of Botox there. The skin under my eyes is more wrinkly than before what can I do for this? I also formed a few bumps under the skin two of them were excised and now another one is forming why is this happening? obviously I can't keep having a surgery

Hi @drillbits. Thank you for sharing your photos. I recommend a lower eyelid blepharoplasty. A lower blepharoplasty will address the excess skin under your eyes giving you a more refreshed and rested appearance. Best of luck, Dr. Nima
