Is there anything I could do to help the double creases on my eyelids? (Photo)

I have these double creases above my eyelids when my face is relaxed (Pic 2). When I blink quite hard they disappear but then soon reappear. I've always had hooded eyes but the creasing has only appeared in the past few years. (22yo)
