If you can provide photos with better lighting, from the side of your face and a little bir close I would be able to make a proper evaluation because these are too away from your eye area. Anyway, from the photos I hardly see you have extra skin above your eyes. For more elegant and fresh look I suggest you upper eyelid surgery. I would also recommend you rhinoplasty surgery.
