I have a rare condition which caused me to lose extensive facial adipose tissue because of a genetic disorder the periorbital area, also over the upper lids (the part that covers the eyeballs). The veins are now visible and in my late 20s, this causes psychological distress. I know that fat can be injected to the upper part of the upper lids, can it also be injected to the part of the lid that covers the eyeballs?

Yes, with skin pinch, some of the excess darkened skin will be removed. The incision will be hidden under the lashes. Please visit with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!
