Ive been overweight most of my life, and I've finally lost 35 lbs. I didnt notice it until I lost weight and I know its normal but it makes my lips look weird.

Small fullness directly under the lower lip is usually not the same as fat under the chin or neck. In the photos, the concern appears to be localized fullness at the lower-lip to chin transition rather than a broad fat pocket; photo review is limited, so an in-person exam could change the recommendation.
Liposuction in that superficial perioral/chin area can create irregularity or make the crease look sharper if the issue is muscle tone, chin projection, skin laxity, or the way the lip rests after weight loss. Depending on the cause, options may range from observation to very conservative injectable treatment, skin tightening, or carefully planned chin/submental contouring rather than simple lipo of the mound itself.

In my opinion, this is best treated with conservative submental and jowl liposuction, a procedure we commonly perform. It refines the lower face and jawline without disturbing the lips or creating irregularities.

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.
