Question

I am 43 years old and due to a blood clotting disorder t I cannot and will not have elective surgery. However, I’m in distress about my stomach. I had to pregnancies that had a complication called polyhydramnios which caused excess fluid, which caused excessive stretching. I recently also lost 25 pounds..I know I cannot expect a miracle without a surgical tummy tuck but at this point, I’ve got to do something. This is affecting my ability to date or feel confident

Before any procedure, surgical or noninvasive, your doctor will assess your history of blood clotting disorder and decide how to proceed. If in fact its determined that you are not appropriate for a tummy tuck, but could undergo a less invasive surgery, liposuction with J-Plasma® (also called Renuvion®) is a technique we use to remove unwanted fat while also helping tighten the overlying skin. Due to skin laxity a tummy tuck is really your only option for significant improvement.  You may consider BodyTite.  This is a minimally invasive procedure that does not require general anesthesia.  However I'm not sure the results would be "worth it".  You may want to explore a diet and exercise program to get you as close as you can to your ideal body weight and then consider options from there.  I've included a video I hope you find helpful.
