Does overfilled saline implants really feel much different than silicone?

I've already got my breasts done and want implants bigger than 800cc. I understand overfilled saline is the only option. Does overfilled saline really feel that much different than silicone? Will the shape of them really be much different?

Saline implants are harder than gel and can have ripples. The shape will be the same unless overfilled too much and become more round.  I am not a fan of implants over the size of 700 cc's because of all the stretching, thinning, and damage to your breast tissue. Long term they will sag and are very heavy on your neck and shoulders. Please reconsider the size.

Silicon implants tend to have a better feel and better Aesthetic look.
For some patients the difference is minimal, but for some patients the difference can be significant. A lot has to do with how much tissue there is to cover the implant.
I suggest you discuss your concerns with your provider.
