I've already got my breasts done and want implants bigger than 800cc. I understand overfilled saline is the only option. Does overfilled saline really feel that much different than silicone? Will the shape of them really be much different?

Since you needed a lift, keep your implants behind the muscle or you will sag fairly quickly. Also, you will have better upper breast fullness with implants behind the muscle. Bigger will sag sooner.

You may have capsules around the implants and one side is bottoming out from the weight. I would suggest going smaller, and go back to saline if you want. You might need mesh as an internal bra for more support on the side that is sagging down.
