Few weeks after Ultherapy, more sag in neck and jawline! (Photo)

Had ulthera done few weeks ago on face and neck, with botox in jawline. Initially it really tightened and my neck looked better. Now all of a sudden it completely sagged! It also looks like I lost some fat in the area around my chin. Please help. Why is this happening? I know the effects take months to show but why is my neck even saggier than before? This scares me because even if it did tighten for a while, when the effects wear off it will be even saggier!

You would need an in-person consultation and evaluation to determine which treatment would be most appropriate for you. In general, I prefer ThermiTight over Ultherapy as it has the ability to sculpt as well as tighten. Make sure you see an experienced provider. Best wishes.

Based on the photos, I would recommend using a filler to fill in the indentation instead of Ultherapy or fat.  Ultherapy tightens skin but it doesn't add volume.  Fat does add volume but over the frontal bone sometimes fat can look lumpy and irregular.  Bellafill is a permanent filler than can...

I would wait 10-14 days before having Ultherapy in the same areas as Botox.  Having Botox first will actually improve your Ultherapy results.

HIFU means High Intensity focused Ultrasound, and Ultherapy is one device/treatment that uses HIFU. The effect of HIFU depends on the depth at which the ultrasound is focused. Ultherapy places it fairly shallow, so it stimulates the dermis of the skin. Ulthera is the company that developed it.
