Ultherapy or Thermitight (or something else) for abdominal skin tightening? Surgery is out of the question and it is for a petite female with loose skin from rapid weight loss, no kids. If necessary can afford a dozen of each treatment but would like this to go away. Am lifting weights and eating healthy. Thank you.

Answer: Ultherapy or ThermiTight for Abdominal Skin Tightening
Other than a surgical browlift, there are no "permanent" solutions to deep forehead wrinkles. The filler Sculptra® in the forehead can smooth forehead lines nicely and can last 18-24 months.
Hi and thank you for your question! We recommend about 2 weeks between Ultherapy and Botox. It doesn't matter which one you do first. That is if you are doing the Botox in the same area as the Ultherapy. If not, you can do in the same day, no problem. Best, Dr. Grant Stevens
HIFU means High Intensity focused Ultrasound, and Ultherapy is one device/treatment that uses HIFU. The effect of HIFU depends on the depth at which the ultrasound is focused. Ultherapy places it fairly shallow, so it stimulates the dermis of the skin. Ulthera is the company that developed it.
