It's been 3 weeks after ultherapy. The swelling is going down but not completely. My main concern is the bruising on my gums! I thought it was only skin deep, so why are my gums affected?! Also, my nose looks like it shrunk. The tip looks and feels shorter. Is this normal? Could it have actually shrunk? Or is it swelling or something else. I'm having so many wierd side effects and I'm so worried! Can anyone explain all this? Should I be worried?

Answer: Ultherapy results--See a Doctor for a formal evaluation
You would need an in-person consultation and evaluation to determine which treatment would be most appropriate for you. In general, I prefer ThermiTight over Ultherapy as it has the ability to sculpt as well as tighten. Make sure you see an experienced provider. Best wishes.
Other than a surgical browlift, there are no "permanent" solutions to deep forehead wrinkles. The filler Sculptra® in the forehead can smooth forehead lines nicely and can last 18-24 months.
Hi and thank you for your question! We recommend about 2 weeks between Ultherapy and Botox. It doesn't matter which one you do first. That is if you are doing the Botox in the same area as the Ultherapy. If not, you can do in the same day, no problem. Best, Dr. Grant Stevens
