Don't get anxious yet. It can take anywhere from 4-6 months for you swelling to subside and your final results to reveal themselves. I know it's frustrating to not have ideal results immediately, but you must give your body time to heal. Best, Dr. Nazarian

Healing after plastic surgery is a process and the earlier parts are the most challenging. Emotions are a big part of the process as well. Best is to discuss specifically with the operating surgeon so that he /she can take a look.

I think most of the unevenness after liposuction gets better on its own. might take a few months but it will get better. if it persists then you can discuss with your surgeon for a minor revision.

It is difficult to see what exactly is taking place in your photograph, but at only three weeks out from surgery your results need a bit more time to mature in order to see your long-term results.  Between the swelling of surgery, the compression garment, and the lighting in the picture, there are many reasons for you to have this appearance.  Hang in there and maintain your follow up appointments with your surgeon. They are in the best position to provide you with reassurance. 

At three weeks many patients have contour irregularities. It's too early to worry. It's unlikely compressive garments have any long-term effect on the outcome. Lymphatic massage is nonsense and should be avoided if it's too aggressive.
