I think most of the unevenness after liposuction gets better on its own. might take a few months but it will get better. if it persists then you can discuss with your surgeon for a minor revision.

Between the swelling of surgery, the compression garment, and the lighting in the picture, there are many reasons for you to have this appearance. Hang in there and maintain your follow up appointments with your surgeon. They are in the best position to provide you with reassurance.
At three weeks many patients have contour irregularities. It's too early to worry. It's unlikely compressive garments have any long-term effect on the outcome. Lymphatic massage is nonsense and should be avoided if it's too aggressive.
