I do alot of cardio to try and reduce the rolls under my bum but it just isnt moving had them for about 2 years now and they seem to be getting worse. Its affecting my confidence as im 23 and no one my age i know had them. I would do squats and lungs in the gym sometimes but is there anythinf else i should be doing ?

The only reason I can think of to have muscle weakness after liposuction would be the layoff from athletic activity during convalescence. I think this will pass very quickly.

Because of added efficiency doing more than one area liposuction will save some money. Whether not all the areas you list in your specific case should be done is another matter. This is something for the judgment of your surgeon.
