I had sonobello on my abs and back. My results are not what I expected. Will my areas of treatment go down more?

After sonobello my stomach is still big to me it was done September 24 I'm not happy with my results so far and it seems like my bottom is getting bigger after the surgery will fat come back to areas I got treated or will it go elsewhere do you guys no of anything else I can do know to help me get rid of the rest of this stubborn belly fat what about vela shape or is it to soon help lbs

The only reason I can think of to have muscle weakness after liposuction would be the layoff from athletic activity during convalescence. I think this will pass very quickly.
