Vanquish Me versus CoolSculpting? Which is better? I am 5'3, 20, weigh 115, BMI of 20. (Photos)

My personal preference as a body-contour expert is to use CoolSculpting to remove resistant fatty bulges. I find that the operator has more control with CoolSculpting than with other devices, so you can get really beautiful and subtle results. I combine CoolSculpting with Zimmer Z-wave to remove up to 35% of fat at a time. That said, I see very little excess fat in the photos you provided. An in-person consultation will determine which areas are large enough to benefit from treatment. I find Vanquish works best in larger individuals so CoolSculpting will most likely be best for you. Please find a board-certified dermatologist to discuss your desires with in person.

We use CoolScupting in our practice and have found it to have excellent results (about 85% satisfaction).  Vanquish is not as widely used, and I have no experience with it first hand.I'd recommend you go with the market leader (CS) based on my own experience if you have any areas that your doctor find are reasonable to treat.  You're pretty think - I'm not sure if there are ANY areas that would be beneficial to treat.

Thanks for sending in your question and photos.  You look very lean and neither procedure may benefit you significantly.   If you had small areas of fat you hoped to reduce coolsculpting has now small applicators that are great for this.  We do not have vanquish at our clinic.  Its a different technology which can be effective as well.  Vanquish work with heat whereas cool sculpting works with cold temperatures to reduce fat deposits.  Best of luck. 

I have offered Coolsculpt in my office for about 5 years now.  I would describe the results as ok, but also somewhat inconsistent.  I do not offer Vanquish and therefore cannot comment on its efficacy.  I have found that the fitter a patient is and the smaller the area to treat with Coolsculpt, the happier the patient is with the results.  Patients that would truly be better liposuction candidates tend to be less happy with their results.  Based on your pictures, Coolsculpt may give you the results you are after.

Bear in mind that the photos you provided of your body goals look like those of a fitness model as she appears to have low body fat and high muscle content. CoolSculpting is great for reducing unwanted, stubborn fat and to help contour the body to your desired results. CoolSculpting is the #1 option for non surgical fat reduction as there are multiple applicators to contour specific body parts. Make sure you are treated by CoolSculpting certified office that has been performing the treatment for years to ensure that you are receiving the most appropriate treatment plan for you desired goals. 

I have tried and owned many of these machines, the only ones I still use are coolsculpting and ultrashape power.   I would not recommend any modality that uses heat for fat reduction.
