Multiple CoolSculpting procedures on different areas - OK to do in 1 week?

Question

Are mulitple coolsculpt procedures on different areas of the body in one week OK to do?? I just had cool scuplt today on my both sides (flanks). Is it ok for me to do my chin 3 days later and then my lower sides under the flanks 4 days after that? Or is this too much for the body to process in a short time?? I had cool sculpt to the chin and outer thighs last year (but it was months apart) and I was very pleased with the results. I feel like I can still use a little more under the chin..

As long as you are not getting Coolsculpting on the same area it is OK to have it done in the same week.

Thank you for your question.It is safe to have multiple Coolsculpting treatments on different areas. A second treatment is general scheduled 30 to 45 days after the initial treatment. It takes about 2-3 months to get a general idea of the final results. I recommend keeping in touch with the office of your treating provider and regular follow-up.  Best wishes

Hi there,Yes, it is safe to treat different areas of the body in one week. You may even do different areas in the same day. Thank you for your question. You can CoolSculpt different areas of your body in the same week, as long as you are comfortable with it. Typically you may be a bit sore and tender in the locations you treat, but I have many patients who have multiple CoolSculpting procedures performed on different areas within 1 week so that they can enjoy all of their body contouring results at the same time. When it comes to CoolSculpting, it is perfectly safe to treat multiple areas of the body in the same day or week so long as you are not retreating the same area. More often than not, patients opt to treat multiple body parts in the same CoolSculpting appointment. When it comes to retreating an area that’s been previously treated, Allergan recommends waiting 4 weeks between treatments for optimal results. This gives your body an opportunity to process out some fat cells and for any inflammation to subside before treating the same area with another cycle of CoolSculpting.

Hello and thank you for your question.  You may Coolsculpt multiple areas in a day or even a week with out it being harmful to the body.  The only thing you will not want to do is Coolsculpt the same area twice, we always suggest waiting 8-10 weeks before a re-treatment of the same area.  I hope this helps, good luck in your journey!

This is a very good question...Yes, Multiple areas can definitely be treated with short amounts of time between treatments, as long as you are not treating the SAME area with in 30 days. In fact, in our practice, we have 2 Coolscultpting machines. Our patients often get two areas treated at once, completing their treatments in half the time. CoolSculpting is so well tolerated that most of our patients have two areas treated at one time, and several areas treated in one day, so they can get 6-8 areas treated in one day or they can spread it out over a week or two depending on their own schedule.

Multiple areas can definitely be treated in one treatment session. We have two machines so you can often get two areas treated at once, completing your treatments in half the time.  CoolSculpting is so well tolerated that most of our patients have two areas treated at one time several times in one day so that they can get 6 treatments in one day.
