Can truSculpt be used to slim down face and fat graft for contouring?

Question

I have chubby cheek and it cause my nasolabial fold more noticeable. But in same time I prob need add filler or fat graft to under eye or lips, temple for anti aging. Is these 2 procedure combination is good for my problem ?

​Volume and contouring of the cheeks can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra. Implants or fat are alternatives. Botox and radiofrequency can help slim and contour the jawline. Liposuction can help slim the face. Ultherapy, J Plasma and RF treatments can provide skin tightening and lift. The TruSculpt ID is not approved or recommended to be used on the face. There is an attachment for use in the submental area, but not on the face. Evolve from Inmode is a device to improve fat on the face. Fat grafting is completely different and requires a small liposuction to harvest fat which is then placed into the face using cannulas.

Trusculpt ID is not approved for the face at this time and since the fat layer may be thinner, risk of burning is increased.  Also, if placed over bone, heat gain is likely to cause damage. Use on the neck is already an indicated area and is safe to use on the neck.  While it is theoretically possible to use on the face, there are higher theoretical risks of burns and nerve damage.  An example is the marginal mandibular nerve that overlies bone, this area would have increased risk of nerve damage.  A device like the Venus Legacy which is multipolar is likely a better choice for the face as the depth of penetration is controlled.
