Track marks from Restylane. Will these fade?

Without seeing photos and based on your description, they are likely just needle marks and will fade with time, just by leaving them be. The skin is thinner in this area so they be more visible than in other parts of the face. Sometimes Arnica can help to minimize the risk of bruising prior to injection, but needle marks are very common any time a needle passes through the skin.

Many patients have small bruising from injections but they usually don't last several weeks.  I would recommend you take Arnica Forte as this will help reduce the bruising.
