I have alopecia areata and get kenalog injections in my scalp. Is it still safe to get Restylane injections in my face?

I'd like to get restylane injections under eyes and in cheeks again but I'm wondering is there a waiting period? I have to get the kenalog injections every 6-8 weeks in my scalp. Can this effect the restylane? Please advise

Hi @vickiwilson. Hyaluronic acid facial filler products that were previously injected into an improper tissue plane can be dissolved by hyaluronidase injections. Best of luck, Dr. Nima.
