How often can I have Thermage treatment?

This is difficult to answer without pictures and needs an in-person evaluation, because results are variable. Typically my patients will come in for 1-2 treatments per year as maintenance for skin tightening. For best results, I often recommend Thermage in combination to ultherapy, venus legacy and/or sculptra. See an expert for a formal consultation. Hi, thank you for your question! I always recommend for patients to repeat thermage yearly. Typically patients repeat within the 9 to 12 month range. Thermage can be performed as early as every 6-9 month's.

Many patients have Thermage done once a year to maintain and replenish and rejuvenate collagen in the skin.  Both the skin tightening effect and the production of new collagen maintains the youthful appearance. In Europe some patients even have Thermage performed every six months. I combine Thermage with other treatments such has microneedling with PRP and Fraxel or Clear and Brilliant and injections of Botox or Juvederm for the best cosmetic results. Best, Dr. Green
