Is it possible to have a teardrop shape butt? (Photo)

Question

I would like to know if it's possible to have a teardrop butt shape or an upside heart instead of one that has a shelf shape..I think it'll look more realistic look for me.

Hi. This is dependent on a number of factors. The two most important ones are : 1. your body shape/structure 2. available fat and operating surgeon's experience.I am certified but the American Board of Plastic Surgery and have practiced in the Miami area for the past 29 tears. As you we'll know, the South Florida area has become a hot bed for Brazilian Butt Lifts.The key is............ does the surgeon have a keen sense of aesthetics? Can he/she create a shapely, attractive buttock or are they just technicians that wind up with large unshapely behinds? The same holds true for the liposuction portion of the procedure. Understand that liposuction whether SAL, PAL or UAL ( not including LAL because the fat obtained through this technique will not be useful) is not that technically challenging. However, the keen aesthetic eye will determine the eventual work of art.We are creators and have the ability to turn out beautiful works of art. Unfortunately, without pictures of yourself, it is very difficult to give you a proper answer. 
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

It is possible to create tear-drop shaped buttocks, although most patients desire round ones. I would suggest that consult with a Board Certified PS with extensive experience performing the BBL. At that time your buttocks cab be examined  and a thorough discussion can follow including looking at many before and after photos to get a better sense of what you most desire in shape.
