What is the largest amount of fat that can be transferred into each cheek during BBL?

Over 2000 cc per buttock has been done, but you may not have enough fat to do that.  I
would search for the board certified plastic surgeon who you feel is
most likely to give you the best results and who performs hundreds of
these procedures each year. I would look at patient reviews as well as

I am not sure of the upper limit but my end point is usually what is available to inject, how the buttocks look, and how extended they are.  I have injected as little as 350 cc /cheek to over a 1000/cheek depending upon what was needed.

The amount of fat that you can transfer to your buttocks depends on how much fat you have to begin with. After liposuction, the fat that is obtained will be processed. The "good" fat can then be placed into the buttocks. With a lot of good fat, 500-1000 cc's of fat can possibly be injected depending on your body type. It is best to speak to a specialist in person so that he/she can assess the areas and to be sure that this procedure will work best for you.
