Can I use the TCA peel on my legs? (Photo)

Hey guys. In desperate need of a answer. Whenever I go the dermatologist , my questions cannot be answer so I decided to come here to get real answers . I bought a tca peel (15%) to use on my legs . I have hyper pigmentation but , it mainly affects the right leg . Things that may cause these marking are ; when insect bites constant itches triggers constant scratching and I have a big mark only the back of my leg since 11 now I'm 26 . Please help summer is coming and I would love to wear a dress

A 15% TCA peel will do very little to the  discoloration of the legs unless you do it every other week for 6-10 times.
