IS TCA peel 25 % safe?

Hi and thanks for posting your question. 25% TCA is a nice light peel to help freshen skin up, decrease brown spots, and control acne. It may help your acne scarring but may get better results with repeated peels. The amount of peeling and the length of the peeling is varies in people. Some will peel a lot and some sometimes little. There is an art to the application so it should be performed by an experienced doctor and not at home. I do agree you should do all the face instead of one area. 

Safety is directly related to the experience of the doctor doing the peel.  We routinely use 25% and even 30% TCA peels but we carefully choose the patients and the indicaitons in order to minimize risks.
