Why does my face flush from pink to red on certain days? (Photo)

I had a deep chemical peel 48 days ago. My healing is going very well. Most days I see the redness fading to pink, but then I will flush red for several hours or even longer. Eventually it fades back to pink, but I'm wondering if these periods of redness are normal.

I never suggest anyone apply TCA to the face on their own.  You could easily scar or cause pigmentation changes if the wrong amount is put on.  Pores get slightly better but do not improve completely.  TCA is better for wrinkles and antiaging.  I suggest seeing a cosmetic...
