Why does my face flush from pink to red on certain days? (Photo)

I had a deep chemical peel 48 days ago. My healing is going very well. Most days I see the redness fading to pink, but then I will flush red for several hours or even longer. Eventually it fades back to pink, but I'm wondering if these periods of redness are normal.

I suggest seeing your physician and getting his opinion.  I am unsure what strength was performed, but should have peeled.  It appears it may not have been applied evenly as you have blotches of redness that may have gone at different depths.  This is why I tend to use lasers more...

I never suggest anyone apply TCA to the face on their own.  You could easily scar or cause pigmentation changes if the wrong amount is put on.  Pores get slightly better but do not improve completely.  TCA is better for wrinkles and antiaging.  I suggest seeing a cosmetic...

First off, you should only be going to a board certified dermatologist for chemical peels.  Secondly, the spots you are trying to remove look like moles and cannot be removed with TCA, they are too deep to be affected by the chemical even with strong % and with multiple dosages....
