Hi, I had rhino/septo 3 weeks ago and have been getting a strange smell after I use saline sprays but no other time. It's like a damp/feet type smell and goes away again quite quickly. My surgeon is 4 hours away so can't see him very quickly, is it likely this an infection, even though it's only for a short time after the use of the spray? Tia.
