Is it possible to change the shape of my nostrils?

I'm 14 turning 15 in afew months. My nostrils are triangular and I'd like to know if rhionplasty would help change the shape of my nostrils from a triangular shape to a more rounder kind of form and how much would it be?

Hello and thank you for your question.  After a nasal fracture, I think 3 months is  reasonable amount of time to wait for the swelling to truly disappear.  If you your nose looks different than before or you have difficulty breathing, you should consult a Board-Certified Plastic...
