I had a scar revision to improve a slightly depressed area of my forehead from an old mole removal in April. After the first revision I developed a strange hard lump to one side of the stitch line. My surgeon chose to do another revision in Sept. Improved, but six weeks after surgery I am getting another lump in the same place, though it’s softer than before. My doctor said it might be a muscle that needs to relax and suggested Botox as a next step. I’m really frustrated - please advise.

If it's a depressed scar then fat grafting can help to level it and also improve the colour and texture. However final decision can be taken only after examining in person or seeing a photograph.
