I have scar tissue all over my scalp possibly due to folliculitus or carbunculitis. How can I remove this?

that being said I do have hair still but would like to shave my head but it is rather unsightly and I am starting to go bald. Is plastic surgery an option to remove the damaged tissue?

Chicken pox scars on the face can sometimes be improved by surgically excising them.  An examination, or at least photographs of you would be needed to determine if surgical excision might be a good treatment option for your chicken pox scar.

Hello there! I would wait until you are off the doxy for 60 days and then I would inquire about the bump. There are laser treatments that will help with removing the redness and or flatten the appearance (BBL/Profractional lasering) or you may wish to have the bump excised. Good luck!
