How do I go about removing a keloid I received from a BBL?

When I got my BBL I received two keloids on the upper area of my vagina. It has been over two years. It looks very unpleasant and I would like to know if it can be removed and how much does this procedure go for. Thank you

Hello and thank you for your question and your photographs.  I am sorry you have these keloid scars - they can be very distressing.  Based on your photographs, you have keloid scars on the mons pubis.  This may benefit from keloid excision and multilayered closure along with intralesional injection of corticosteroid / 5-fluorouracil.  Meticulous surgical technique and post-operative care is needed to prevent keloid recurrence.  Please see someone who is an expert in scar revision.  I hope this helps.

your photographs, you may benefit from keloid excision and multilayered closure of the two suprapublic keloids from your BBL port sites.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.

For this, you need steroid injections followed by a scar revision.  We treat these kinds of problems all the time and you should be able to get an excellent result.
