Skinny BBL with no results - 6 weeks out.

Question

I am very tiny (5’3 107 pounds) and had a bbl lipo done 6 weeks ago. I was told there would be definite projection and it would fill in the flat spots on my side and top of my butt (have always had the definition at bottom). After all of the swelling went away butt is still very flat and now caving in. Am I too skinny for a second bbl? Is there anything that can be done?

 Too early to judge on the final result. You are still at the healing stage. The area in your lower back will be still bruised and swollen and this will take 8-12 weeks to settle. Wear your garment and keep your follow up with your surgeon.

based on your history and photographs it appears that you simply do not have enough donor fat to make a significant volume difference to your buttocks. Your other option would be to have buttock augmentation using silicone implants. It is essential you seek out a well-trained board certified plastic surgeon who has experience with buttock  implants in order for you to achieve your expectations. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Following the recommendations of your surgeon is very important. The recovery takes around 4 to 6 weeks, it is normal to lose a minimum percentage of fat, and you can continue your normal activities, perform light exercises, then increase the routine without any problem.it is important to take a healthy diet, consult a nutritionist so you can take a diet plan for gain weight , you can do exercises, before the surgery, follow the recommendations of your surgeon.
