I already had a butt before the surgery but I needed lipo on my stomach. I decided to get the transfer since I was going to be put under any way. I like my butt but it’s hard as a rock.

Dear MMSTAR,I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a BBL surgery. However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process.Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively.At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues are still swollen. Hi. It's difficult to answer without pictures or more information, such as how long ago was your surgery? It's normal for the bum to feels tight and hard in the first few weeks after surgery and then soften with time. However, later on lumps of fat necrosis may last for longer. This only means localised areas of dead fat which the body will absorb gradually but may take up to 6 months to fully resolve. 
And 1200 is not an extremely large volume but that also depends on how big your buttock was before surgery.
