Thank you for your question. Based on your photos you appear to be a good candidate for full body intense liposuction to improve your body contour and get better curves especially in your laterals and waist and Dominican Butt Lift transferring the fat that we get to your butt molding and improving your gluteal volume and projection.Best regardsDr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-
Thank you for the detailed question and corresponding photos. I think you would be a great candidate for BBL. Depending on how much larger you want to be in your buttocks, you might have to consider doing the improvements in stages, multiple rounds of fat transfer. There is a limit to how much can be liposuctioned away and how much can be grafted in one session. Also, out of the fat that is grafted about 60% of it stays where it was placed, so doing a second round would be a good way to go larger. I recommend seeing a board-certified plastic surgeon in-person to discuss your goals and come up with the right procedure plan for you. At our practice, we offer Skype/FaceTime consults for patients who live out of New York State. For more information, please visit our webpage.
Thanks for your question and photos. It's appears a BBL would be a good option for you to achieve the body contouring your looking for. During this procedure, fat is harvested via liposuction from different areas of the body such as waist, back, flanks and thighs and then transferred to the buttocks. Cost for BBL and fat transfer including the fee for surgeon, surgical facility, anesthesia, and post operative care will depend on the city and surgeon. With that said it's best to set up a few consultations with different surgeons and make an informed decision based on their experience and speciality in the field. View their before and after photos to see what the outcome could potentially be.
Hello betsythecat,Thanks for your questions! Based on your pictures, you seem to be a good candidate for Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) surgery. Your current Body Mass Index is between the ideal range for a successful BBL procedure. However, I would recommend asking your plastic surgeon if he/she requires you to gain weight or not depending on whether he/she is planning to do a full body Liposuction or just a limited Liposuction to harvest the fat. Set up an in-person consultation with an experienced plastic surgeon and continue having a healthy lifestyle with an exercise regimen and diet plan before and after surgery. Best wishes! Dr. De La Cruz.
Hello and no, you are not too skinny for a BBL. You are actually a very good candidate and your goal body if very achievable with the amount of fat available for harvest. BBLs on smaller patients turn out great. In cases where we don't have a lot of fat it is more about the shape rather then the size. This is not your case. We have enough fat for a considerable increase in size and a better shape as well.Best of luck on your procedure!Dr. Miguel Mota
Thank you for your question and based on your pictures you seem to be a great candidate for a bbl an in person consultation would be best for a detailed exam and evaluation.always see a board certified PS.
Hello, based of your photos your a great candidate for a brazilian butt lift. Be sure to set up a consultation with a surgeon who specializes in Brazilian Butt Lifts.Best wishes and good luck!
Dear betsythecat, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Thank you very much for the question and the attached pictures. Looking at your picture you are definitely a good candidate for a 360 BBL. You have enough subcutaneous Fat deposits to harvest a good amount of fat. In the slim ladies even smaller amounts of fat like 500 mL per side make a significant difference in the hip to waist ratio which is decisive for the appearance. Consult an experienced plastic surgeon for more information. All the best on your way . Have a wonderful rest of the day and greetings from the beautiful island of Jamaica.

Hi, is no good to combine more than 2 procedures per surgical time because it will increase your risks. And is not a matter of sleeping position but of blood loss, time under anesthesia, etc. International Member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons
Hello Niah97, Thanks for your questions! I would recommend you getting a VASER liposuction with fat grafting (fat transfer), for a beautifully contoured body. With VASER liposuction you can get rid of excess fat from arms, back, abs and flanks and transfer the rendered autologous fat (from...
The maximum amount of fat removal is not typically determined by what is the ALL GOD safe maximum prior to it being suboptimal medical care BUT by 1)how much increase in butt size is desired; 2)how much fat can be removed from the body yet ensuring an aesthetically pleasing result; it's all abo...
