Depending on how much larger you want to be in your buttocks, you might have to consider doing the improvements in stages, multiple rounds of fat transfer. There is a limit to how much can be liposuctioned away and how much can be grafted in one session. Also, out of the fat that is grafted about 60% of it stays where it was placed, so doing a second round would be a good way to go larger.
