Are silimed polyurethane coated "gummy bear" implants more safe ? Does the coating not leak into the skin? I've heard of many problems...has there really been enough testing and how long are they on the market?

After breast augmentation, it is not unusual to have a reaction in the armpit lymph nodes.It sounds like the one you have is a bit larger than we might typically see. Get in to see your surgeon to make sure all is OK.

This Is perfectly normal and will disappear in the next few weeks. It is from air and fluid (irrigation, local anesthetic, serum, etc) in the pocket which will be naturally absorbed over time.
