Can Silhouette Instalift trigger a rheumatoid arthritis crisis?

My arthritis has been under control for a few years with biological medication. Really want to do Silhouette Instalift, am a good candidate with mild skin sagging on the jawline, but am a bit afraid to trigger a reaction.
