I've been considering a silhouette lift to address mild sag in my jawline/cheek area and banding in my neck, but a mini lift seems to be in the same price range and with longer/better results. Am I wrong to think this? What would sway me to choose one procedure over another? I understand the silhouette lift might help with volume because of collagen production, but fillers can do the same post mini lift?

Answer: Silhouette Instalift or Mini face lift This is a great question! It puts into perspective the differences between surgery and minimally invasive options. The SI will add volume and actually, by increasing collagen production, make your skin thicker and healthier. The mini face lift is a surgery and will have the scars to prove it. Plus when you think about what you are actually doing is pulling old skin tighter over bone. The effect will be very different...which is why people start to not look like themselves any more. I love doing the SI. My patients are more then happy with the results!
