What would be best for sagging outer brows and hooded eyes: Nova thread or silhouette browlift?

The duration of effect from Instalift is not permanent compared to a surgical option such as upper blepharoplasty. I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with a Botox eyebrow lift. I would actuallyhave you consider using Profound radiofrequency for a nice reliable non-surgical lift for thebrow. However, the success of any procedure is technique-dependent, so it is important to go tosomeone who specializes in facial rejuvenation like a skilled, board certified facial plasticsurgeon.

Silhouette is probably a better choice as the thread is thinner and less likely to show through the forehead.  Success with this procedure is very technique-dependent, so it is important to go to someone who has done a large volume of procedures.
