Shooting and rhinoplasty. Can my nose handle the recoil?

Question

Before rhinoplasty I always liked to shoot. I am 1 year post op and shoot still. I have a 1cm l strut and have permanent sutures and grafts. How screwed am I. I obviously quit all contact sports and accept I handicapped myself but please tell me my nose can handle recoil of guns. Please tell me if u have experience with patients who fire guns post op

By one year you should be able to do almost anything that you could have before your rhinoplasty.  Not sure why you are avoiding contact sports.

This is a question that you should ask your surgeon... as only your surgeon knows the exact details of your surgery and what your nose can and cannot handle.
