1 day post SculpSure, will these imprints on my upper buttocks go away? Will my buttocks look the same? (photos)

The fat will be reduced underneath the applicators, so if they were placed where you do not want fat removed, you may experience loss of volume where you did not want it.  This is a question you need to go over with your treating physician and then you may be reassured. But in any case it will take 6-12 weeks to see the final effect.

No. The indentations from the panels are not permanent. They should improve with time. In terms of your results, let's wait and see. They will take anywhere from 6-13 weeks. Hopefully, you will be happy and if not, then speak with your surgeon or technician. Best of luck.

sculpsure is a laser that is specific to the fat cells below the skin. The skin is cooled on top while the fat is heated up underneath to 42 to 47 degrees but the heat from the fat can give the sensation of the skin getting hot. You should not get a burn on the skin. But you will see some swelling in the area over the first 1-2 weeks after treatment due to the inflammatory reaction that is normal and expected.  As to placement if the monitors on your body is based on technique and experience of the doctor.  

I'm sorry for your experience but you should trust your body to an expert, especially a physician not a technician.  The design for your concern is wrong and placement is not for your concern.  I would have chosen a landscape layout instead of the portrait to give you the definition you wanted. The treatment is now done.  It should not affect your buttock but you will need to return for photograph comparison. I wish I had better advice for you. SculPSure is not about the laser, its about the proper evaluation, proper applicator design and placement of them using the right settings. Best, Dr. Avaliani.

It does look like they might have missed the area you were concerned with.  I would return to them and let them know.  You should be able to treat that area with just one applicator.Good Luck!

Thanks for posting pictures.  Yes--any immediate imprint will go away, as the treatment effects are not instant and take up to 12 weeks. Unlike Coolsculpting, I have not seen a single mark left behind from the laser post-treatment. The imprint may be from pressure from the frame (pinching) or the belt used to secure it.  Massage and time should do the trick. Best of luck, and hang in there. Our aesthetician had marks like these (pictured on our before/after page) from pressure from the frame; they disappeared after 24 hrs.

Yes, the frames that hold the paddles in place may create an temporary imprint on your skin immediately post treatment; not uncommon and usually nothing to be concerned about.
It looks like you need one frame instead of four to treat the concerned area. Not sure by the picture if one of the frames was on the concerned area already. Nonetheless, I recommend waiting the full 12 weeks before doing another treatment; to properly evaluate the new contour area and concerned area.
