I'm sorry for your experience but you should trust your body to an expert, especially a physician not a technician.  The design for your concern is wrong and placement is not for your concern.  I would have chosen a landscape layout instead of the portrait to give you the definition you wanted. The treatment is now done.  It should not affect your buttock but you will need to return for photograph comparison. The fat will be reduced underneath the applicators, so if they were placed where you do not want fat removed, you may experience loss of volume where you did not want it.  This is a question you need to go over with your treating physician and then you may be reassured. But in any case it will take 6-12 weeks to see the final effect.
