Thank you for your question.  Unfortunately,  none of the non-surgical skin tightening options currently available on the market are likely to tighten your skin or lift your buttocks enough to satisfy your stated desire.  An excisional buttocks lift or body lift are the two most effective options to achieve the outcome that you are looking for.  Best wishes.

Hi Lynda2387, I truly wish there was a nonsurgical solution. However, I do not believe there is a nonsurgical solution for your abdomen hips and buttocks. Skin creams will not contract your skin to your desired effect.  Chemical peels and lasers may have deeper skin penetration, but still will not tighten your skin significantly.  Unfortunately, due to the loss of elasticity of your skin, I can only recommend the 360 circumferential lower body lift. This will get rid of excess skin and fat from the abdomen, hips, and buttocks. It will lead to a flat tummy, hourglass hips, and more shapely buttock. Sincerely, Dr. Katzen

Thank you for the question and photos. I think you have a relatively straight waist which could be treated with liposuction of the flanks and a lipo-abdominoplasty. The fat that was removed could then be used for a Brazilian butt lift fat grafts. The skin lower down n the thighs looks okay in the photos. This would make your upper buttock contour better and add projection to the mid point of the buttocks. It would also maximize your potential for the hourglass shape in the waist area. An in person consult will help come up with a plan.

You have a beautiful body shape already. Also you have  certain degree of saggy skin on your abdomen,  lateral and lower back which includes butt. All of these features make you a great candidate for a lower body lift which represents a Tummy Tuck in the front, lateral thigh lift and a butt lift (improving also the lower back)Unfortunately there is no exercise, massage, cream, machine or type of liposuction which may eliminate the saggy tissue besides removing and sculpting through surgery.
