It has been 6 days after I had done tear duct filler. I attached a picture of a before and after seconds right after the procedure ( quite better but didn’t reach my expectations). The other picture attached is 6 days after and I feel it looks worse because the orbital seems elevated and raised. I am very worried. Thank you in advance.
Answer: Tear Trough Filler Results with Fillers (Belotero, Volbella, Restylane Silk) It's too soon to tell what your final results may be. You still have swelling, which can last 1-2 weeks after your injections. If you're unhappy with your final results, you can have it reversed with hyaluronidase and try a different technique next time. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Tear Trough filler Hi @pamsand. Thank you for sharing your photos. Swelling can take up to two weeks to subside. I would recommend following up with your injector at that point. Best of luck, Dr. Nima

Answer: Tear trough filler results It's difficult to evaluate your situation based on the photos you provided. Keep in mind that swelling from filler injections can take up to 2 weeks to resolve. Give yourself another week before evaluating your final results. If you are still unhappy with your results after two weeks, I would suggest scheduling with your provider to discuss your options, including dissolving the filler. The tear troughs are a difficult area to inject, and should be performed only by a skilled injector who can correctly analyze if you are even an appropriate candidate for injections in this area. I've seen many cases of sub-optimal results from poor injection technique or poor patient selection for the procedure. In some cases, this can lead to an appearance of puffy under-eyes that isn't ideal cosmetically, Wait another week and certainly return to your provider with any concerns after this time. Good luck!

Answer: Dermal fillers for the tear trough / under eye area Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, it is hard to comment from your pictures. However, tear trough injections can be tricky as dermal fillers needs to be placed deep, in a balanced amount and at the right location. It may take up to two weeks to appreciate the final results after dermal fillers. I suggest that you follow up with your injector. All the best, Dr. Michon

Answer: Tear Trough Injections for Under Eye Area Tear trough injections are an expert injection and all too often they are placed too high or too much product is injected. It is best to consult with an expert for the right results and to match the best product and technique to your anatomy. It is best to return after two weeks to assess the full results and if you are unhappy have the product dissolved with Vitrase. Best, Dr. Green
