2 months ago my doctor injected a pimple on my nose with cortisone. Now I have a dented scar that feels warm and tight. Is it still destroying tissue and that is why it feels this go away? is this fat atrophy or something else? Can this hurt the cartilage in my nose. Can atrophy still be occurring more than two months afterwards. Will this fill in. Some say it is pennant others say it will go away . What are my chances it will fill in? The pictures I am showing do not show the dent very well, the shadow it creates but I can feel it. If it is still damaging tissue what can I do?
