I find that saline injections every 2-4 weeks works great, although it may take 3-6 treatments. If that's not enough or you need a fast improvement, then putting in some filler is a good option. Best to see a highly trained and experienced physician such as a dermatologist for injecting pimples and/or for resolving dents.

your case is very common due to those type of injections , a derma filler willl work well on making the dent more even, the downside is that is not a permanent solution, other option is, to do a minor surgery and remove that part of the skin, this will leave a scar, but if it is well done it wont be noticeable .
