Is it possible to regenerate collagen growth on a white hypopigmented acne scar that is an icepick or pit scar?

Indented scars of all kinds, whether arising from trauma, surgery, infection or in this case prior acne, may be elevated using multi-level subcision combined with the use of a biostimulatory filler. I typically use Restylane Lyft for this purpose in my Manhattan office and Hyabell Deep in my Israel satellite facility, where a far greater number of regulatory agency approved fillers are available. Once the base of the scar has been elevated, if so desired, Dermastamp microneedling combined with topical tyrosine and lanatoprost may be used to help repigment the usually off-white or ivory-colored now elevated scar so that it may better blend with the surrounding normal skin.You would do well to seek consultation and treatment by a board certified aesthetic physician and make certain to ask to see his/her personal before and after photos before agreeing to proceed.
