I don't like lidocaine in filler. How much is in a syringe of Restylane?

Thanks for this question. The biggest difference between lidocaine and no lidocaine is there is more pain with injections that lack lidocaine. This statement is especially true for the lips! You can request to be injected with Restylane without lidocaine. You would just need to let them know ahead of time to ensure that they have it for you.  The manufacturer also manufactures it without lidocaine.  However, most patients prefer to have lidocaine in it as it makes the process less painful.
