I have a big problem with my hips, I dont think theres any fat for lipo, the skin just bulges out and I still feel very unattractive even though I already had a TT to fix the excess skin on the front, my hips and back look so saggy, that I still am too scared to wear a bikini. I dont plan to have anything done for over a year, which is why I'm waiting to bother my PS with these questions, but what could be done for back sag&hip sag? Will lipo work if there's no fat? And whats the average cost?
