I’m looking for a non surgical way to tighten jawline and skin around my mouth, but added bonus if it tackles under eye hallows. Just don’t want to waste money on a useless procedure. I’m 42 - Caucasian, if that matters.
Answer: Facial Aging Hi, In my practice I address multiple aspects of facial aging. 1) Skin hydration and texture- Recommend good diet, sun protection, Oxygeneo facial, and PCA skin care products. 2) Volume loss- Facial Fillers such as Voluma or Restylane Defyne and Platelet Rich Plasma 3) Skin tightening- Microneedling, Radiofrequency treatments, and increasing volume usually help significantly. If not consider a mini facelift with lipo of jowls. Hope this helps.

Answer: The combination of microneedling and radio frequency is great to also treat cellulite Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Skin Tightening Treatments Thanks for your question and posting a picture. For skin tightening, we recommend a series of bulk heating treatments of the area. We love Pelleve for skin tightening. The goal is sustain a skin temperature in the treated area for 3-5 minutes at 42-45 degrees Celsius. Pelleve is painless, no downtime procedure that feels like a warm rock massage. Since it is radio frequency and not a laser, it is safe for all skin types and all ages. Best of luck.
