Do radio frequency facials work to tighten skin on the face? Are they good for cellulite also? (Photo)

  In my practice I address multiple aspects of facial aging. 
1) Skin hydration and texture- Recommend good diet, sun protection, Oxygeneo facial, and PCA skin care products. 
2) Volume loss- Facial Fillers such as Voluma or Restylane Defyne and Platelet Rich Plasma
3) Skin tightening- Microneedling, Radiofrequency treatments, and increasing volume usually help significantly.  If not consider a mini facelift with lipo of jowls.

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

Yes, Radiofrequency technology has been well studied and shown to be able to tighten the skin and specifically facial laxity. It will take a few months for your skin to show the effect but it does work. Like many other plastic surgery technologies, it is to some extend operator dependent. Also keep in mind, the best outcome has been reported 40% tightening vs. 70 - 80% improvement with full face and neck lift surgery. Given your photos, I think 40% would be a meaningful improvement as you are young and your face has early signs of skin laxity. 

Radiofrequency will definitely help to tighten skin in the lower face, jawline and neck.  I use Fractora from Inmode systems and have had excellent results

The answer is yes for both, Radio frequency was mainly designed to treat saggy loose skin and it definitely helps with cellulite.
